COURSE APPROVED AND CERTIFIED BY THE NORTH CAROLINA DIVISION OF MOTOR VEHICLES
CIADA education classes are not affiliated with any other dealer training programs.
Pre-registration is required and must be received in our office at least one week prior to the class date. Fees: CIADA members, $39.95, non-members, $69.95. An additional fee of $25.00 will be charged for late or on-site registrations (if space is available). No class admission will be allowed without payment.
Cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance in order to receive a refund minus $20.00, or to transfer to another class for a $20.00 fee.
If you do not cancel and do not attend the class, you will not receive a refund and will be charged the full fee to reschedule.
Classes may be rescheduled due to low enrollment.
A confirmation letter will be mailed within 2-weeks of your scheduled class date.
Reminder: An owner or partner must attend. If Corporation, an officer of the company may attend. Others are welcome to attend with a paid registration.

We must receive a registration form for each individual attending the class!
