A New Day at CIADA

It’s all about the future. We must look ahead and shape the only non-profit association focused solely on representing the independent auto dealer in the Carolinas into a value-adding organization that helps members be more successful. As the economy recovers, CIADA members will be able to take advantage of new programs, relationships, training and education that should produce tangible benefits including more customers, more units sold and higher profits.

CIADA members are in business to make money. Our members are entrepreneurs in every sense of the word.

I want to talk more about how CIADA members play an important role in every community in North and South Carolina.

I’m proud of CIADA members, some of which are at the very top of their game and have earned the designation of Certified Master Dealer. One thing that all CIADA members share is the belief that their Association will be an outspoken advocate on their behalf.Best regards,

The Carolinas Independent Automobile Dealers Association (CIADA) appreciates the trust you place in us when or if we obtain personal, financial or non-public information from you in the conduct of normal business activities. CIADA agrees to keep any such information confidential and to use such information if obtained by the Association only for the purposes for which it was disclosed. If the Association obtains information such as a social security number, drivers license number, dealer license number, credit card or any other identifying data that could be reasonably defined as “non-public”, we do so only to meet requirements from regulatory agencies or to reasonably conduct business of the Association. We maintain reasonable informational security in our offices and limit access to member and customer information to those with a legitimate need for such access. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect personal information from being accessed by unauthorized persons. We do not release, sell or disseminate this non-public, personal information.
